Our Citizenship Programme

We strive to develop our students to be active and responsible citizens.  Citizenship education develops the knowledge, skills and understanding needed for this.

The programme allows students to investigate the various relationships they form and contributions which they make and covers topics such as

  • Citizenship and British values**
  • Careers education, information, advice and guidance
  • Digital citizenship and online safety
  • Physical and mental wellbeing
  • Relationships and sex education

Students are taught Citizenship either through their Learning 4 Life sessions or as discreet timetabled lessons.
